Teacher Enhancement Program (TEP)
The ELI’s Teacher Enhancement Program (TEP) is designed to meet the needs of international teachers of English as a foreign language (EFL) who wish to improve their own English proficiency as well as their EFL teaching expertise.
Program designed for non-native English speakers who teach English as a foreign language and want to
- Improve their English language skills
- Improve their English teaching skills
- Learn about and experience life in the US
Program includes
- Mentoring by an experienced ESL teacher
- Practice teaching with feedback
- Personal English instruction
- Opportunities to visit UA lectures in TESL
Flexible program length and dates
- Starting and ending dates chosen by participants
- Typical program length 2-8 weeks
Program open to individuals or groups
- Customized program for individual English teachers
- Open to small groups of teachers from the same school
Certificate awarded upon completion of program
